I am so overjoyed that you allowed me this opportunity to truly dig deep to find my confidence and "Rock what I got"!!!! And to anyone reading this. 6 months ago I was 230lbs and a size 20. I made the decision April 15th I was going to change things in my life. Not because I wanted to be "skinny" I didn't even care if I lost weight honestly. I just wanted to give myself through God's strength the opportunity to be the best version of myself. So I made changes... a lot of them. And with the help of God and advocare, the support of my amazing husband and family... I am a size 12 today. These pictures are proof you CAN do it by yourself, FOR yourself. And I wanted to give myself and my husband somethings to say "I did it baby, and I am proud as hec!" I might not be skinny, and I still don't care if I ever am. But I am happy and healthy, and most importantly I am the BEST version of myself. If i don't lose another lbs or I lose another 50, I am doing it because I want to live my life in excellence in every area. I just wanted to inspire you who are reading this that feel you aren't brave enough to get naked in front of a camera. DO IT! It will be physical evidence that you believe you are as stunning on the outside as on the inside. And your hubby will LOVE the confidence it took to get you there!
